I both said as much at the time and sent a message through the web to that effect in the hope that the good service would be acknowledged. And yet, having sent a complaint online on May 10th (some 6 weeks ago) and having heard bugger all of nothing since short of the automated acknowledgement of receipt, I start to despair as to whether anyone back at ivory tower central really gives a sh!t about anything other than their pensions and flying perks. If I treated my customers this way, I'd have gone bust long ago.
