If you receive shoddy service or attitude from ground staff or cabin crew complain till you get heard......I'm fed up with employees in service industry jobs who think they are doing you a favour by serving you.
BBB, I agree that this is the case, just as I agree that it is important to give praise where praise is due - as I did a couple of months back on a S/H CE flight where the CC were outstanding. I both said as much at the time and sent a message through the web to that effect in the hope that the good service would be acknowledged. And yet, having sent a complaint online on May 10th (some 6 weeks ago) and having heard bugger all of nothing since short of the automated acknowledgement of receipt, I start to despair as to whether anyone back at ivory tower central really gives a sh!t about anything other than their pensions and flying perks. If I treated my customers this way, I'd have gone bust long ago.
