HIDDY, I absolutely agree with you, but as service industry employee I have to say that even customers are not doing me a favour if they choose to be served by me.
They are just looking for a SERVICE and that doesn't entitle them to treat me without respect , mainly because I can't claim compensation - as customers are so quick to ask from any service - if I have to cope with a rude or unrespecthul customer...
