It's just like employees in any service industry type job I suppose....you get good ones and you get bad ones thankfully BA still have a majority of the former.
It's certainly the wrong type of job to be in if you are there for the "glamour" of it all rather than to serve the customer.

If you receive shoddy service or attitude from ground staff or cabin crew complain till you get heard......I'm fed up with employees in service industry jobs who think they are doing you a favour by serving you.
