Called .bomb support, agent struggled but eventually came through after 20 minutes and some help from a supervisor. She was very friendly and apologetic for the delay. My first experience with the ICC that was better than with a domestic agent!
For certain things web support, although it's off shore, can be quite good and can accomplish things that US agents simply can't do.
