F and J catering are the same expect for larger portions in F and additional items not available in J like the steak sandwich. If I run out of say a beef, I can't go to PY to get one as the menu is different, I would go to F and F would come to J if they were short.
My seat neighbour in PE was served a beef from J when they ran out of PE beef dishes. It was very similar to the PE beef dish, but plated differently. So while a J pax may not be erved a PE dish, it does happen that a PE pax may be served a J disk.
