I wondered to know why from EK will ever to gets fifth freedom traffic rights through DXB-LYS. French Authority need to get landing rights for EK. This is unncessary from EK is not considering service to LYS. This is unacceptable from French Authority doesn't want to bring EK into LYS due to slots restrictions. Because it was too many aircraft are awaited takeoff from LYS due to lots of the congestions.
