Every cruise line handles OBC differently; PCL & HAL show it as a separate line item in the cost breakdown on the passenger invoice.
One thing I'll add is some cruisers sometimes confuse
per cabin OBC with a
per person OBC but it is usually expressed as a per cabin amount.
