Just a follow up, I recieved a $25 coupon from Avis for the problems with my rental.

I checked my reservation and the Taurus was listed as E class.

I also figured out today that I left my EZ-Pass in the car, I went to use it today and then remembered it was in the glove compartment of the rental car. My fault that I left it in there but, shouldn't they have found it when I returned the car? Overall, it seems like there was a black cloud on this reservation for me.
