SQ F suite (773ER) versus CX F suite (747 or 773ER)
Searching, I found precisely one thread on all of FT comparing SQ and CX, in this forum, from 2009, and closed by the moderator (due to bickering). The thread didn't quite get to my question, anyway.

I have a choice from HKG-SFO to take (paid) CX F (747) or SQ F (773ER). I could also take CX F HKG-LAX and connect up to SFO, on a 773ER if for some reason that was preferable (can't imagine so, but its an option). I slightly prefer to travel on Star Alliance, but let's assume that's not an issue.

So...ignoring affinity program - which suite is the better choice - SQ or CX?
