Does anyone know how often headrest covers are washed? I'm not talking abut the small bits of fabric they place over the headrest, but the material that covers the whole thing. I'm always loathe to let my head touch any part of the seat not covered with the clean sheet.

I've seen too many greasy residues on the windows to feel comfortable resting my head on material I don't know has been cleaned!
