I use/have used all of the tools your mention, althought with a KVS subscription, rarely use seatcounter (plus find the security code a pain).

E+ and exit rows can best be seen on united.com.

Tools that show all the book codes fares have an advantage over united.com.

no single tool presently meets all my needs.
