as we all know all to well, huh?
now as an aside, i did have some issues during my olci sessions (n.b session
s) this morning where the bomb kept timing out and timing out and timing out. called web support and was told there was a problem and "we will be re-booting the system"
and to give it about an hour. tried again in about 30 minutes and it worked just fine
