NAIA T3 is in shambles, I used it a couple of times since it first opened for Int'l flights back in summer 08. It's primarily due to the fact that it was derelict for a long time during the contract dispute and not properly maintained. HOWEVER, I would much rather use T3 than T1 any day of the week as T1 is just dirty. Plain & simple.
