Staying in a Marvellous Suite at the W Hollywood now and not too impressed at all with the service here... Hotel ran out of slippers and didn't seem to bother to do anything about it and just told us that they were backordered.. no apology, nothing... Room also was missing the in room safe.. When asked, the engineers came up and were baffled as well.. told us they would try to look for a new one to put in our room, but never came back.. when we talked to the front desk again, they looked into it, but basically told us that none were available.. again no apology, nothing.. didn't even offer to change our rooms until we asked, but none were available as they were fully booked over the weekend... When we called for our car to be brought up, half an hour later and still no car.. so basically not impressed with the hotel service..
