I have the opposite experience. I will get two emails for the same upgrade. However, there was a stretch where I was not receiving them but was getting check in emails. I went into my profile, deleted my email address, saved it, then went back in and added it. Go figure.....
same here... I seem to get reminded of my upgrade 2 to 3 times before the flight.... And I book on Egencia - Expedia Corporate.....
