The crew member was unfortunately being honest, its a widespread issue with some crew members setting the temperature for their comfort by the door. Its very noticeable that the temp is set low during the service and then cranked up afterwards.

If I see 24 as the selected temp in any cabin I tend to take executive action with the master controller but we cant watch it the whole time.
