Royal Jordanian PNR

Wondering if anyone can help me. I've just booked a flight on Royal Jordanian but its given me a 5 digit PNR. This freaked me out a bit initially because its not a valid PNR for using on check my trip or for finding the booking on my frequent flyer program (Qantas).

However, I can find the booking on the Royal Jordanian website, so it obviously does exist.

Does anyone know how I can convert the PNR to a normal 6 digit number and thus make sure I get my frequent flyer credits and can check it on Qantas?

I presume RJ must use a totally different booking system that doesnt talk to the Qantas/ CMT ones?

Any thoughts/experience?

Thanks

Jo
