Cathay Pacific’s move to NAIA 3 may not push thru

Relates to a switch from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 at MNL

I'm not sure if this good or not. I suppose it depends on what the lounge is like but, let's face it, it could not be much worse than the existing threadbare, coffee-stained lounge at NAIA 1. I've only been to the domestic part of NAIA 3 but it seems to me it is still under construction.

Presently there are not many international flights at NAIA 3 - so it may avoid the choas experienced when arriving at NAIA 1 immediately following a brace of OFW-laden 747s from Dubai and Saudi Arabia at the exact moment the immigration and customs guys decide it is time for their tea break.

Has anyone seen anything official from CX on this?
