No email notification of UG
Since the beginning of the year I have received two email notifications whenever I was upgraded at the window, one at the time of the upgrade and another random one a couple of days later. On my current trip, SEA-JFK-MSP-SEA, I have been upgraded at the six-day window for all three flights but have not received any email notification; I found out about my UGs only because I check my itinerary on line. My profile information has not changed; I receive the email reminders to check in.
Has anyone else had this happen? I guess I'll wait until my next trip to see whether it is just a glitch in this particular reservation. I'll contact Delta if it continues.
