I just checked in for MSP-TPA tomorrow night and I am #2 on upgrade list, but only 2 seats available. I haven't been upgraded on this route in the past couple weeks, and for upcoming 2 weeks do not even have a choice of coach seats. What's up with that? More travelers? Smaller planes? Really crappy luck?
