As a Lifetime Platninum, I am confused how to use a Point Saver Award. Last week again, there were non available on line for hotels in Houstron (38). I called the Reward line and they said non were avaiable at this time. This is not the first time I have tried only to get the same answer. Had not used this award in over 25 years. wow...old dead thread but to answer your question...Point savers aren't a manditory program but hotels are encouraged to participate....the inventory is released whenever a hotel chooses to participate
