Did anyone ever get this error message?

The first five numbers of your passport cannot be descending consecutive numbers. Please revise your passport number.

The first numbers of my passport number are indeed descending consecutive numbers (assuming that 9 is less than 0).

I was on hold with web support while they manually overrode that error message and checked me in.
