1K desk was useless when I tried to extend a sponsored SWU to domestic segment the other day. Agent said, "I think can do it, but she'll lose her Business seat on the overwater segment."

Called .bomb support, agent struggled but eventually came through after 20 minutes and some help from a supervisor. She was very friendly and apologetic for the delay. My first experience with the ICC that was better than with a domestic agent!

But overall, it was more of my time and UA's time and money down the drain that could have been spared with a functional .bomb.
