An update for the Kansas City area properties:

Candlewood Suites KCI Airport - previously reported as delayed, has now opened:

Candlewood Suites KC Northeast (across from Worlds of Fun) is now open, new build:

Holiday Inn Express North Kansas City is now open...note that contrary to the description, this is not a new hotel, it is a former Quality Inn with minimal renovations in the HIX conversion:
