Thursday 6/17 7:30pm. Flying TUL-LAX-SFO and my LAX-SFO canceled, with the next confirmable flight 17 hours out, so I rented a one-way LAX-SFO.
ES had three completely full rows of cars, while EA was 80% empty. ES had two chargers and the rest of those three rows was all trucks and SUV's. Not a decent sedan in the lot. Lots of assorted chrysler brand crud suv's (having just spent a couple days with a dodge journey in TUL, I wasn't about to repeat that mistake), a couple of RAM pickups, and four or five chevy Tahoes. As I think about it, there were a few dodge caravans, too. EA had a couple sonatas, a prius, a few Impalas, a jetta, and a malibu. I was leaving the ES to go take the malibu when I saw one lone chevy traverse in the ES, so I took that. It drove very solidly and had plenty of get-up-and-go. I probably would have been just as happy in the Malibu, honestly, and gotten better mileage.
My point is, I have never seen the ES so poorly stocked with CARS.
