Have they finally started offering it on personal plans or still only for corporate accounts? And able to turn on/off at whim?

Regarding 30 minutes to change it in their systems at the store, I've generally been done in 5 minutes on the phone. Call *611 go through the prompts to change your plan and when you get an operator as for the global support desk. Those folks have never hosed me.
