If I am correct, doesn't AA give you lifetime gold if you hit 1 million miles, regardless of how earned? If so, hypethically, if there was ever a way to convert CO miles into AA at a decent ratio, and I have several hundreds of thousands with CO, could those apply to the AA million miler lifetime elite?
