It depends on your expectations.

If you expect a HP-like hotel and compare it against Courtyards, Garden Inns and Holiday Inns - it will definitely exceed your expectations.

If your reference point is a full service Hyatt (or in this case nearby Westin or Renaissance), with status perks etc this may be a letdown.
