You certainly can take your laptop with you on the plane. You shouldn't have any trouble with it when passing through Pakistani or any other Customs. One thing you will have to do, though, is remove it from your bag when passing through security and put it in a separate bin for going through the x-ray machine there.

Only additional info about your liquids and cream is to make sure that they are each less than 100 grams/3.5 ounces. And put them all together in a plastic, zip-lock baggie that, like the laptop, you'll probably have to remove from your carry-on bag when passing through security.
