I called Hertz last week as they had failed to provide credit to my frequent flyer account for my last 4 rentals (21 days $1,900). I spent half an hour on the phone giving them all the information requested in the following email and reservation numbers (excluding a physical copy) so they could follow up with the local office. It's not worth it to me to keep providing information to the company about rentals booked on Hertz.com so will leave it at that. Just wanted people to be aware if you want frequent traveller credit from Hertz you may have to jump through hoops (several times). At least they appreciate my business. Thanks, Skowse

Thank you for your inquiry regarding frequent traveler credit. Many of our International locations, including Guam, are not set up in the same global database as we are in other countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Therefore, we will need to see a copy of your rental
agreement(s) in order to process your rental for miles.

Please include in your correspondence:
* a physical, legible copy of your rental
agreement
* pick up and return dates
* exact rental location
* rental agreement number
* amount paid and currency
* airline/hotel partner and account number

If some of this information is not legible on a copy, please write or type it out on a separate sheet so we can read it.

Only rentals that have not previously received awards and are within the last 12 months are eligible for processing. Also, only the person named as the primary renter is entitled to receive credit, so please send an airline/hotel account number that belongs to this person.
