I'm not positive, but I feel like I've been screwed. When I checked online for award travel for BDL-PHX or LGA-PHX, I couldn't find any viable option at the lowest award level: 12500 each way. But then, when I called their customer service line, those options magically appeared, and I had to fork over $120 for them to ticket for me. Has anyone else had this problem with online options?
