I've stayed at all 4 of these hotels and also recommend the Sheraton Miyako. Yokohama and Tokyo are too far removed, and there is not a neighborhood to walk around, unless you like waking through train stations (Yokohama) or Disneyland (Tokyo Bay). The Westin Ebisu for me is too far removed from the train station-Pat+ thought it was 5-8 minutes, but I think it is further (probably 15 minutes although some of it is on a moving sidewalk). No one has mentioned the free shuttle bus at the Miyako which leaves every 15 minutes to Meguro station which makes it very easy to get to the Yamanote line which circles Tokyo. Unfortunately the Miyako does not have suites, so if you are expecting a large room for your 3 year old to walk in, then I think you might prefer the Westin. However, we stayed at the Miyako last fall with our daughter, her husband and their 1 year old, and the crib fit easily into the Miyako room. You will enjoy Tokyo.
