Hi -

I am in last stages of finalizing my itenary for my wife and my first 11 day trip to Japan!

We are landing at KIX on June 28 at 7 am and taking off from NRT onwards to SFO on evening of July 8.

Right now our plans are below:

6/28 - 7/1 Kyoto (day trip to miyajima on 6/29)
7/2 - 7/2 - Mt Koya (Spend the day in Kyoto and get to Mt. Koya in the - evening)
7/2 - 7/5 - Takayama (with side trips to Shirakawa, Kanazawa) OR Sendai (side trips to Matsushima and Naurko Onsen)
7/5-7/8 Tokyo

Please help out which one should we pick. We do like nature and hiking..and looking for the same from either Sendai and Takayama
