For non ex-BKK, I know there are mixed messages. When I lived in Paris, I found that it was always either cheaper or better (same price as agent but better change conditions) when buying directly with TG.

For the 5% discount BKKROP mentioned, that has applied only to domestic, and not international, again, this is ex-BKK only.

I am wondering if anyone else has similar finding for ex-BKK international booking on TG recently, and that buying online is indeed cheaper nowadays as this was still not the case earlier this year (in Jan). This must have been something they have recently implemented, which I agree with their strategy, or is it that I just got lucky with my BKK-AKL routing?
