Arrow Dates and Times

October 21-24, 2010

The event will be at least four complete days this year from Thursday through Sunday, unlike last year when the event was technically fewer than three days. We say “at least four complete days” because we may add additional days to either end of this event as needed.

Dates and times of the venues are still yet to be determined and will be announced soon, but the confirmed venues as of now are:

Thursday, October 21, 2010
  • Delta Heritage Museum
    8:30 - 10:30 in the morning
  • Lunch Sponsored by Delta Air Lines
11:00 in the morning - 12:45 in the afternoon
  • Executive Question and Answer Session Details soon to come
    12:45 - 5:30 in the afternoon
  • Dinner Sponsored by Delta Air Lines
    6:00 in the evening

Friday, October 22, 2010 Operations Day — Still unconfirmed at this time
  • Technical Operations Center
    • 8:50 - 11:50 in the morning for one group of 60, including the volunteers
    • 1:50 - 4:50 in the afternoon for the other group of 60, including the volunteers
  • Operations Control Center
    • 8:50 - 9:50 in the morning for one group of 25
    • 9:50 - 10:50 in the morning for a second group of 25
    • 2:50 - 3:50 in the afternoon for a third group of 25
    • 3:50 - 4:50 in the afternoon for the last group of 25
  • Flight Simulators
    • 10:50 - 11:50 in the morning for one group of 20
    • 11:50 in the morning - 12:50 in the afternoon for a second group of 20
    • 12:50 - 1:50 in the afternoon for a third group of 20
    • 1:50 - 2:50 in the afternoon for the last group of 20
  • Dinner Location known but not yet confirmed with a sponsor
    6:00 in the evening

Saturday, October 23, 2010
  • Road Warrior Training I Basic 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Walk a Mile with Atlanta Airport Customer Service for those attendees not attending the Road Warrior Training venue
  • Dinner Location known but not yet confirmed with a sponsor
    5:00 in the evening

Sunday, October 24, 2010
  • Road Warrior Training II Advanced 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Walk a Mile with Atlanta Airport Customer Service for those attendees not attending the Road Warrior Training venue

As of this time, we are still working on the details of which remaining venues and activities will occur and on specifically which days, but although no one is required to attend all four days and can pick and choose the events they wish to attend, plan for a full four days of activity if you want to take full and complete advantage of this event, meaning starting in the morning on Thursday, October 21.

These dates were chosen for a variety of reasons, mostly based on constructive input from potential attendees for the event this year. As much as we would like to do so, we know we cannot please everybody, but these dates should work for the majority of FlyerTalk members interested in attending this event.
