The $65 plan IS a BES plan. It just happens to be worldwide instead of US only. You can change on a trip-by-trip basis if you want. I call from the airport every time I'm leaving the country and have my plan changed to the international one. When I get home I switch it back.

And, yes, it is an extremely sweet deal.
