Nope, nothing I know of either - doesn't resemble anything that would appear in a PNR or check-in record that I can see.
There is a SSR (special service request) code OTHS for 'other information' but that would appear in the PNR as SSR OTHS PLS READ THIS NOTE - and shouldn't make its way onto the PIL.
