Hey all - in a thread from this morning I explained that I was seeing award availability on ba.com for CX flights in First, but then being told by agents that there was actually no award availability.

Finally, I had an agent who saw the seats, but said they were 'locked out.'
Her solution? She found a supervisor who was simply able to unlock the seats, and presto, they were mine!

Now flying First on CX, JFK-HKG / HKG-PER, and then DPS-HKG / HKG-SFO.

The BA exec club people ROCK for going the extra mile (bad pun) to find me the seats I saw!

Just wanted to let you all know in case you ran into similar problems.
