During my past five or six arrivals to LHR IRIS has been a dream. From the moment I enter the IRIS lane to exiting the scanner I estimate it to take roughly 20 second. From the moment of scanning it is perhaps 3 seconds until I hear "Thank you" and the doors open.

I think it is great. ^
