Online booking does not ask for middle name
Hi,
I booked a ticket online but the Emirates website did not have a space to enter a middle name. I called customer service and spent 10 fruitless minutes trying to convince the guy to add the middle name to the ticket but he kept telling me that it didn't matter to Emirates. I kept trying to tell him that it mattered to the TSA but he said they were ok with it as well. Can anyone confirm or deny this? To provide some context, the ticket is for my wife who is American and very white (if that matters). How should I proceed? Should I call again and ask for a supervisor? Does that work (or help) with Emirates?
