June 17 Update. In addition to trying to work with the TURKEYS at Budget, who give you nothing but the run-around as well as fail to return your phone calls (Vegas office Jennifer, I'm talking about YOU!), I had also contacted Southwest Airlines about this because I booked the car on
www.southwest.com.
Southwest Airlines, *THE* place in America for quality customer service, called me back after researching this. They too were getting the run-around from Budget R-A-C. But, rather than cause ill-will, especially since I booked the car on Southwest(dot)com, they just went ahead and gave me the quadruple credits.
Obviously, as a result of this experience, I've got a pretty low opinion of Budget R-A-C, but my opinion of Southwest just went higher than any 737 can fly!
Bottom line, a whole lot of hassle for quad credits. The cause of this hassle was poor customer service at Budget. The hassle finally ended by excellent customer service by Southwest.
