Some questions:

1. What fare bucket has to be available to do same-day confirmed change on a premium ticket? Same class as purchased, F/J, or something else?

2. Can award tickets do same-day confirmed change?

3. Assuming #2 is yes, if a 1P on an award ticket booked with 1K miles wants to do same-day confirmed, what fee gets charged -- $75 since it's a 1P, or $0 since it's a flexible ticket?
