AA credit card with double miles?

Is there a credit card offering 2 points per $ for American or OneWorld tickets purchased. I know United offers a 3:1 on United and 2:1 on Star Alliance. Delta has a 2:1. Was curious if anyone knows of one for OneWorld, and hopefully AA.
