AA has a good record of being generous to military people. For this family to be trashing the airline this way is uncalled for, IMHO.

I would also ask if it's important for military people to be traveling with so much extra baggage, then why doesn't the Pentagon pick up the extra cost? Why is any airline expected to absorb that cost?
