It is if you're using cash and miles. If it's a full mileage redemption then you need fewer miles; for UK-US it's 33,750 miles one-way in business. In First Class it's 31,250 miles and £175 cash one-way, or 56,250 for a full mileage redemption each way.

LiviLion, I fully respect your decisions for choosing how to redeem your miles. With careful planning and flexibility you can get much, much better value in future without having to pay a fortune.
