Since it looks like AA padded the flight time by 19 minutes, you still might be able to make it. I don't know if AA will book you a reservation without the legal connection time.
Otherwise, you can leave ORD at 1:59p and arrive SCL at 6:35a (+1). I know you probably don't want a 4.5 hour layover in SCL.
Sorry it doesn't look like you have many options; AA can pretty much only get you there around 6:30 or just before 10.
