A couple of things spring to mind:

1) Why on earth would you travel CE between CDG and LHR?? You're in the air for less than an hour, and you've got lounge access - plus it would seem you don't need the TPs (or was this a TP run to get you up to Gold)?

2) Slightly less OT, but on a similar note, the guy was all the way across the aisle on the other side of the plane (not like he was sitting next to you) and it's a very short flight - not something to get quite so worked up about, surely?

Perhaps Hiddy is right - maybe the green-eyed monster was at work...!
