So my first "test" flight last year with AA was a disaster and I had no status with them at the time. As a FF I know stuff happens even with my carrier where I am top tier. I kept flying them and after many, many flights was able to form an better opinion based on multiple experiences.

It takes time to truly see if a carrier works for you. It may not.
