Also, F pax can use AA's Flagship Lounge. It's next to the usual international departure gates. (They often let you out the back door if it's closer to your gate.) Its snacks can be very nice - sushi (sorry, it shows up around 4 pm), chocolate-coated strawberries, little sandwiches (no limit on how many you can eat), granola and berries at breakfast times, open bar, etc. You won't go hungry (or thirsty).
